Lorenz ISTA Assessment Center a TESDA accredited competency assessment center in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental, stands as a pivotal institution dedicated to assessing and certifying the competencies of middle-level skilled workers through the Philippine TVET Competency Assessment and Certification System (PTCACS). The main objectives of the Assessment Center include providing quality competency assessment, strengthening technical skills, implementing globally recognized TESDA assessment standards, and enhancing employability and career advancement for individuals seeking skills development.

MISSION

To consistently provide high-quality, industry-aligned competency assessment services that result in a 20% increase in client satisfaction within one year, leading to 1,500 successful certifications and a 75% employment rate among assessed individuals.

VISION

To be the leading, nationally recognized center of excellence in providing accurate, reliable, and efficient competency assessments that align with the evolving needs of Philippine industries, achieving a 95% client satisfaction rate, 10 industry certifications, and 300 successful career placements by 2027 leveraging a highly skilled team, state-of-the-art assessment tools, and strong industry partnerships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessment Center Manager

- Shall assume full responsibility for ensuring quality assured assessment services, objectivity confidentiality and integrity of assessment conducted in the Assessment Center and by the Competency Assessor.

Processing Officer

- The Processing Officer is an individual officially designated by the AC Manager as it appears in the organizational structure.

-Shall be responsible for the completeness, correctness and accuracy of information and timeliness of processing of assessment related documents.

Cashier

- The Cashier is responsible for accurately receiving and processing all applicant payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining detailed records of transactions.

Liaison Officer

- A liaison officer in an assessment center serves as the primary point of contact between the center and external stakeholders. They coordinate the assessment process, provide information to applicants, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Essentially, they act as a bridge between the center and the outside world, facilitating a smooth and efficient assessment experience for all involved.
